Our commitment
We are working toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across public and account experiences. Accessibility is an ongoing product and operational practice, not a one-time certification.
Measures we take
- use semantic structure, labeled controls, keyboard-accessible interactions, and visible focus states;
- support browser zoom, responsive layouts, and light and dark appearance options;
- review color contrast, form errors, navigation, and assistive-technology behavior during product changes;
- provide text alternatives for meaningful images when supplied and applicable; and
- consider accessibility when selecting and configuring third-party services.
Third-party studios and content
OpenSet does not control the physical accessibility of independent studios or every piece of content they submit. Contact the studio before booking to confirm entrances, elevators, restrooms, parking, sensory needs, service-animal access, equipment, or other accommodations. You may also contact OpenSet for help communicating an access request.
